In case you cannot do it by yourself, send your equipment to our service centre.
CYBERTAG equipment is supplied with a 12 months warranty.
During the whole warranty period you can claim warranty repair at LLC “Lasertag” company in Smolensk, although the item delivery to the service centre and the expendable parts are going to be at the expense of the buyer.
Buttons, cables, micro switches, laser diodes, batteries are all expendable parts and the warranty does not cover them.
If the equipment stops functioning within one week after purchase due to a factory fault, the manufacturer will fix these faults free of charge, as well as refund transportation costs for delivering the faulty items.
If the equipment fails due to negligence (physical damage to the item, incorrect exploitation) – in this case the customer can use the warranty cover, but the cost of the expendable parts and delivery costs will not be refunded by the manufacturer.
